My first screen door card

While working at the Scrap & Art Tour in Winston Salem last week, I saw this door die by Cheery Lynn Designs and it had a dog with it too.  The screen I got on a huge roll from Lowes for $6.00. I have enough screen to last a lifetime! LOL Just cut to fit.

August 1- December 31, 2012 - the new A Muse Studio Holiday Hoopla is coming!!!!

Helping Barbara at the Winston-Salem scrapbook/stamp convention ....

We sure had a lot of fun!!  It was 2 days and I helped on Saturday with Barbara and Margaret. We were NONSTOP busy from the time it opened to the time it closed at 5 pm.  We had alot of sales, did a lot of make and takes with customers and we had an awesome time introducing people to A Muse Studio. I can't wait to work the next show!!

Birthday cards !!

I have a few summer birthdays coming up so I got out my A Muse Studio stamps and made a few with the same stamps. Card #1 uses stamps from:  Woo Hoo for You, Build A Cake, Best Year Ever.  I used brand new chevron paper and washi tape (Both these items are brand new and in the new Holiday Hoopla catalog coming out August 1st. Just a few more days!)

Card #2 has orange chevron paper (also new and coming out August 1st), washi tape, buttons from my stash.  Stamps from:  Woo Hoo for You, Best Year Ever, Build a Cake.

Card #3 uses orange chevron cardstock (again, comes out August 1st), washi tape. Stamps used are:  Woo Hoo for You and Best Year Ever.

Happy Birthday Heather!!

I made this card for Heather's birthday. She was born on the 4th of July so I thought this image from Mo Manning is perfect!!!  I also used my Martha Stewart sand dollar/starfish border punch that I love so much!!!

On June 7th, our family lost a great guy!!

And my sister lost her best friend of 14 years!!!  Mike O'Hair was only 52 years young and passed away suddenly. He had been battling bladder cancer but we all thought he had beat it. They had a very nice memorial for him at their shop on June 29th and about 70 people came to show their support for Debbie. He will definitely be missed by many!! Here are a few pics i took at the memorial.
